People from far away distances are coming to the officers to give their grievances ,the grievants are facing lot of problems in order to solve their complaints .It takes about three to six months for solving a grievance. So in order to overcome this situation Andhra Pradesh government has taken a initiative called meekosam website.
Meekosam’, a portal for people to report grievances, problems and give suggestions, was launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.Chandrababu naidu
The portal, www.meekosam.ap.gov.in will record grievance based on Aadhar number. The person who posted grievance or suggestion could also track the progress of his/her application.
An acknowledgement will be received via SMS/ e-mail once a grievance is registered. Meekosam also provides an option to classify complaints.
Photographs and documents relating to the grievances/suggestions could also be posted, according to an official release here
The grievance will be registered, tracked and forwarded to the department concerned. The status of the grievance could also be tracked through a toll-free number 1100/1800-425-4440.
A Call Centre has been set up to register and provide information on status of grievance application .

How to Signup: to meekosam
1.Please select the "Signup" option in Citizen login corner.
2. Register with the required fields, give your Aadhaar number, Mobile number and Password.
3. Click on Signup button. your page will redirect automatically to OTP screen.
4. Your mobile number will receive OTP(One Time Password).
5. Please enter your OTP and click on Activate button.
6. After activation login with your Aadhaar and Password.
