New YouTube Share feature. Try it😎

Add me as a contact on YouTube. https://youtu.be/addme/0FeV36uId3xbKx7KKberYqVK2j7R_A YouTube has added a new mobile-only feature that allows you to share a video with friends and chat about it in a private thread — all within the YouTube app. The function works like Android’s default Messages app: when you share a video with a contact (or multiple contacts as a group), you can chat about it without leaving the app, rather than having to start a new email or text message thread. Users can also respond to a video share with, what else, another video by pressing the reel icon and searching for the right comeback. The feature will be built in to YouTube’s share button, and lets you select from your phone’s contacts list. You can also get a direct link to share and add new friends to discuss the video with, if that’s your thing.

Short article on benefits of laughter yoga

This is a short article on benefits of laughter yoga: What is Laughter Yoga? Laughter yoga was started by Dr Madan Kataria in the mid-1990s. He started a laughter club with four people, with an agenda to promote the importance of laughter. The club quickly grew to over 50 participants within a few days. In no time, there were over 200 laughter clubs throughout India. By 1999, Kataria had travelled to the US and established the first laughter club outside India. Now, a laughter yoga institute offers training programmes, workshops and seminars on therapeutic laughter. Laughter yoga is a unique form of exercise. It is usually done in groups by sharing jokes and doing playful exercises. People in the group often fake laughter in the beginning until it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. A few breathing exercises that are taught during laughter yoga can be used to relax the body and mind.

A teenage girl has created a 3D-printed lens and app that can detect eye disease

Image
A teenage girl has created a 3D-printed lens that, when fitted onto a smartphone and used with an app, can give a preliminary diagnosis for people with diabetic retinopathy,  reports IEEE Spectrum . Diabetic retinopathy is the most common cause of vision loss for those who suffer from diabetes, and diagnosis of the disease is usually done via a two-hour exam, which also requires a specialized camera to take a photo of the retina. Sixteen-year-old Kavya Kopparapu, along with her team, trained an AI system to identify diabetic retinopathy in photos instead, sharply cutting down the time it takes for a diagnosis. The system can spot diabetic retinopathy with the same accuracy of a human doctor. In October, Kopparapu partnered with Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital in Mumbai, India, to test her app Eyeagnosis. By that time, the app could not only detect diabetic retinopathy in images, but also blood vessels and other details that would usually require a fluorescent dye injection. Kopparapu
