India-born Sundar Pichai is new CEO of Google

Google just announced a masive change into its business. It's implementing a new structure in which Google will become a subsidiary of a new company called Alphabet. Larry Page, Google's co-founder and former CEO, will now take over as the CEO of Alphabet. Sundar Pichai, Google's product kingpin who has been rising through the ranks over the past several years, is now the CEO of Google. Based on what we've heard from a former Google employee, it sounds like Pichai is a natural fit for the job. His name may not ring a bell, but chances are you know some of the products Google's new CEO, Sundar Pichai, has worked on, including the Chrome browser and Android mobile operating system. Pichai, 43, was named new CEO of the Internet titan Monday, as Google unveiled a new corporate structure creating an umbrella company dubbed Alphabet. Asus Zenfone Selfie first impressions: 13MP front camera for the selfie obsessed

Asus announced a series of  phones and tablets at its maiden Zen Festival  event in New Delhi yesterday. Asus Chairman Johnney Shih launched the Zenfone 2 Deluxe, Zenfone Selfie, Zenfone 2 Laser along with showing a sneek peek at Asus’ high capacity battery sporting phone – the Zenfone Max. Apart from this the Taiwan based company also announced the ZenPad 7.0 and ZenPad 8.0 along with a series of accessories such as the Zen Flash, Lolliflash and so on. We had a brief hands on time with the Zenfone Selfie and here are our first impressions. The Zenfone Selfie was originally announced at  Computex 2015 . The phone is priced at Rs 15,999. This phone looks exactly like its other siblings in the Zenfone 2 family, having the same plastic body with a brush metal finish on the rear side, curved arc back, the power button on top and volume rocker behind and so on. Hiroshima marks 70 years since atomic bomb

                           On this day in 1945, at 8:16 a.m. Japanese time, an American B-29 bomber, the  Enola Gay,  drops the world’s first atom bomb, over the city of Hiroshima. Approximately 80,000 people are killed as a direct result of the blast, and another 35,000 are injured. At least another 60,000 would be dead by the end of the year from the effects of the fallout. U.S. President Harry S. Truman, discouraged by the Japanese response to the Potsdam Conference’s demand for unconditional surrender, made the decision to use the atom bomb to end the war in order to prevent what he predicted would be a much greater loss of life were the United States to invade the Japanese mainland. Samsung Electronics has launched its new Grand Prime 4G

Samsung Electronics has launched its new Grand Prime 4G  smartphone in India, priced at Rs 11,100  With the new launch, the South Korean electronics major has expanded its 4G portfolio in the country to 14 models.  The new smartphone comes equipped with long-term evolution (LTE) capability.  The Galaxy Grand Prime 4G comes with a 5-inch display and a 1.2GHz quad-core processor backed by 1GB RAM. The phone has internal storage of 8GB, expandable to 64GB.  The rear camera is a 8-megapixel auto focus one with LED flash. The smartphone has a 5-megapixel selfie (front) camera.  The Galaxy Grand Prime 4G runs Android Lollipop 5.1 and will draw power from a 2,600 mAH battery.  "Samsung is committed to develop innovative products on basis of deep consumer insights.
